Really dumb question. I stepped away from F4 for a couple months and on my return and updating I find that the option for the 2x2 wood or concrete foundation plots are gone. Is this a bug or an official change?

First off I love this addon! It makes survival a little bit easier. I know that Brahmin with a trough produce some fertilizer but with the ammunition factory I think more is required. One solution is public toilets that output fertilizer and nuclear waste! Pooping our way to a hoard of ammo...
I play survival mode on console without cheats. Taxes are good where they are at. Fiber optics are expensive whether its in microscopes/ biometric sensors or from the Prydwen. Late game, the rate of settlement founding/growth is high and the taxes/materials from the settlements help out a ton...

Thank you. I will need to start looking for what is altering the inventory system. I first noticed the difference months ago but did not really think about it until recently as it was annoying not having ammunition for sale a my settlements.
I ask the dumb questions in life. Do the SS tier 3 shop-keeps have the same inventory of items as the vanilla dude(or dudette) with a stand? I find the tier 3 SS shop keepers have much less variety than their vanilla counterparts. I was wondering if this was intentional or not.
