Does the command to spawn recruits still work?
Hmm... they didn't spawn in but the game didn't say give an error message like it was before. Not sure what's going on there. Still, I've got some people in just from time so I've got some testing done. Thanks for the command even if people didn't spawn in.- BloodWitch1337

Does the command to spawn recruits still work?
So I ended up dropping Fallout 4 in general a while ago and came back recently, and am trying to create a faction pack. Thing is, the command that I found in the "Creating a Basic Faction Pack" pdf isn't working so I can't test if the NPCs I made work or not. Did the command break with Phase 2...- BloodWitch1337
