Solved Layout import stuck
That worked, I saved when stuck and reload. It stuck again at 98% this time reloading the game did not unblock it but the vast majority of things were imported, thanks.- Zorak912

Fixed Bodies not de-spawning
I can add that there are two mods that I have installed that can affect the spawn and de-spawn rate. Pack attack and game configuration menu (GCM values on spawn and cell reset do not seem to work for me), I will do more tests.- Zorak912
