Would it be possible to have he settings applied in SS to be saved to a file and then become the default settings for future play throughs? Maybe even have several setting profiles so we can play a faction and not have some plots that are immersion breaking. I know we can go through and black...

I did notice not all modpacks were included, was there a reason they were omitted? Specifically Tinuvia's Bad Neighbors add-on with all of the randomized plots.

I think it would be neat to have the checkpoints which are normally occupied by the Minutemen when doing the main quest to be manned by the Faction the player is playing with.
I thought the fix was to wait. And I have said this before, I don't want to sound like I'm picking on this author, but removing the minutemen pack worked for me.
I assume Conqueror but I've only played the Triggermen so far. A couple of times my own party shot at me while on an attack and once in awhile my attack party would start the attack before I arrived at the meet up location.
The latest toolkit has this warning:
IMPORTANT- Do NOT use your Soldier forms for any of these. Having the kgSIM_PlayableFaction on any of these NPCArmy forms will cause much of the Conqueror code to screw up as it is used to decide which NPCs are part of the player’s army.

I think it gives a reason to use one faction over another. I haven't tried it yet but I will after my Triggerman playthrough.
