Issues:
Two pre-built guard stations are missing walls.
Recommended settler count is now 6 instead of 13.
This is new behavior discovered at least since 4.0. I started a clean save with UFO4P, AWKCR, VIS-G, and SS/RotC to test new textures performance with RotC.
Update: this looks to be caused by IDEKs Logistics Station as refreshing just that plot corrected the negative stat. I will move my bug report to the nexus page. Thanks again!

Running into this more and more. I return to a settlement and they are showing negative stats for food or water...
One IDEK's Logistics Station Level 2 can function as a Salvage Beacon for all your settlements. The Setting is under Miscellaneous at the Computer Terminal. Still requires Local Leader Rank 1
I second IDEK's mod. Build one in each settlement and off you go. You'll need to swap one agricultural plot to industrial at Abernathy Farms. Red Rocket has one industrial plot you can make use of.

First off, thank you so, so, so, so-so-so much for this mod. I felt overwhelmed by the building system in Fallout 4 (I lack the creativity to expand outside of a box) and your mod has completely reinvigorated my enjoyment of the game! Now, on to my questions!
