Yes, I'm mostly aware, but I noticed a vast improvement in my fallout 4 gameplay when I went from SSD > NVME and 2070 > 4070ti, when I originally thought I was having either mod or engine problems. So I figured I should at least see how far I can push it now and see if SS2 is worth it on top of...
Is there a way to build up level 3 or whatever settlements immediately or really fast? I upgraded my pc recently and I want to test the strain on my computer and if I can actually run SS2 ch 3 or not
Cool, I wanna play it soon but so many good games are coming out soon and I've mostly just been stuck in a modding loop between skyrim and fallout lately. Hopefully I get to it soonish.
But I do hope that chapter 3 gives wiggle room for at least a growing morally gray character, as it doesn't...
I like the sound of all that. Does that mean that basically it's been officially confirmed that more conqueror-like features are coming? I haven't been following sim settlements super closely since chapter 2 dropped. I remember kinggath saying something about it eventually, but I don't remember...
I guess I was also putting it off because I was a fan of conqueror's goals and I wanted that experience in SS2 as I never really was able to play conqueror at the time.
I've been having stuttering issues in my fallout 4 for a few years now and I did so much testing to diagnose it, only to...
I haven't officially played any SS2 content yet but I figured now's the time to decide fully.
I saw the institute synths along with the brotherhood knights assaulting the gunners in the trailer, and this struck me as odd. I saw something somewhere about "institute remnants," but even this...
I'm not posting this as a random, "I'm not using SS2 but I'm in the forums and need help" kind of problem, but rather when I disable SS2 specifically, and all the patches and addons I can find, when I start a new game this happens:
Freeze?
I hesitate to call this a freeze but I mean... I don't...
yes I am lol
I think they're mostly fine, but the one I'm worried about is the "more feral ghouls" mod, as it does add some extra ghouls that wear armor and it makes them spongey, but from what I can tell I don't think those ones replace ghouls but just tend to spawn where they spawn? I'm not...
I haven't downloaded SS2 yet, but to my understanding it is incompatible with ghoul mods. Is this just mods that change ghoul behaviors or do texture mods count as well?
Specifically, I use these mods:
Classic Ghouls Replacer https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/40546
Fallout 3 - NV Ghouls...
That's actually interesting to hear; I usually play a vanilla start so starting out as a raider kind of feels awkward for my characters to start out bad, but rather sort of progress in that direction over time. So what you're saying is, perhaps there could be wiggle room from that sort of...
I appreciate the info man! Only thing I'm worried about is that I could never actually fully play conqueror the way I wanted (pre conquered settlements) because whenever I play tested it levels 2-3 (maybe even 1) would crash my game almost every time when I got near. I have pretty good hardware...
I haven't downloaded the mod as I'm waiting for Conqueror 2, just curious if anyone has tried raiding one of these settlements with Nuka World Raiders?
I assume this is a no-no but perhaps it's possible? If anyone knows
Hey, so I haven’t tried the mod yet because I was considering waiting for the conqueror 2 release.
Basically, I want to play a bad or at the very least morally gray character. I’m just wondering, without too many spoilers, is the story a typical sort of rebuild the commonwealth/minuteman type...
Turns out the culprit was Lost AWKCR Patches, which was indeed moving the recipe to the Electronics workbench, which was also counterintuitive considering the workbench required local leader 2 while the recipe still required local leader 1...
Removing the patch solved it.
Thanks guys!
I used to be console but now I am pc. I do not have the perk but to my knowledge why would not having the perk completely remove it from the crafting menu? Doesn’t make sense. I could try giving myself the perk through console and see what happens...
I also do have 1 settler and was able to...
a hotfix update? should I just update?
and I narrowed down the texture problem to me doing Unique Player and Follower Redux wrong, so I'll have to figure that out
