Happiness requirements for residents. Kinggath was quoted in a PC Gamer (?) article mentioning that he wished that mechanic was present in Starfield. You just hire someone and abandon them in a box on some hell hole. Fun! Colonists should need shelter, food, water, and a bed, at a minimum...

Ugh. the struggle is real. My 2x2 plot (just the core NIF which is just door frames) spawns in the game like a good little plot. The 1x1? Totally busted. I fixed the totally busted but now it's spawning in the wrong random lists for the current plot level. So Level 1 is getting all L2 random...
The Favela plots are designed to be stacked so no dirt or open sky. Now, I could tile the courtyard at L3 or something cool like that. Good suggestion.

Version 1.0a makes Level 0 actually work. I took it 'down to the studs' meaning 0 plots, 0 power, no beacon, etc. Oops.

Someone recently released an internal plot that had an 'outdoor' skin that included walls, roof and door. That really interests me as I could have various sized Favela homes / other plot types. SO much to do. SOO little hobby time (as I scurry off to fix my City Plan Contest entry Level 0 file).

Did you copy the save game file into your save game folder and load it up? I unzipped the mod in a separate location and moved the moddy bits to the right place and the save file to the right place. Since I have multiple Vortex profiles, I had to make sure I stuck it in the right place. If you...
I had this happen to me. Kinggath recommended I look in the games mod order screen to see if the contest mod was actually turned on.
It wasn't. So I suggest checking there (load screen, mods, load order) to see if it was turned on.
