    Any chance of making the terrain not a settler repeller? Its not possible to use them in any city build construction because they actually repel settlers. Even navmesh tiles do not work on or around them.

    For some reason scrapping bodies with PA seems to be hit or miss. Edit: Actually upon further investigation the scap corpse option only seems to work inside the settlements boundaries.
