Same problem as well with plots not auto upgrading , same situation.
On 2.2.4.a , new game , industrial junk plots seems to be the only ones auto upgrading.
Hmm , was wondering why there where so many active sripts even after waiting around for a while .
Tried 3.2.3 on a test save without SS installed yet then after installing and activating SS active script count was 0 after waiting for a while .
Did the same with 3.4.0 and active script count was...
Having the same problem as well , 5 industrial plots unable to upgrade pass tier 2 , stockpile resource doesn't increase only the workshop resource , used to work correctly before , using the 3 in 1 version 3.2.3a on a new playthrough , one of the plots is from Murkwater ROTC.
Erkks , was just about to to do another check and saw the reply , strange though it hasn't been reported yet been noticing the behaviour for quite a few playthroughs (and yes before you ask I am one of those compulsive restarter guys :blum) just didn't bother reporting it yet
Hobo interior industrial and recreational plots registers as commercial at the city planners desk plot report , scrapping the plot and laying down a new one as long as the hobo plots are not selected again registers the plot correctly . Hobo residential and agricultural is fine though ...
