    That would be a complete new game. But i will test it right away. So the problem still exists. I can enter Workshop mode and scrap down the complete settlement, even things that are not visible, but i can't add stuff to the workshop inventory, because i don't own it, even as the game said...

    Both mods plus city plans are on the very bottom of my loadorder. And im using PRP. I have some more settlements added with SS2 compability, and these work perfectly fine.

    Sorry for reviving this thread. I appear to have the same problem only for "Fairline Hills" and "Mystic Pines". I use the latest versions of these "new settlement" mods , placed at the end of my load order. Where in MP i'm told that i can now "use the commonwealth workshop", it's the "Fairline...

    Yeah, that's the one. But reinstalling might not work, because the description States that Mystic Pines must not be visited before. As long as there is no workaround i might skip this settlement, because i'm not starting all over again.

    I'm using the latest plan uploaded on Nexus. Also a new and clean installation of FO4 and all other mods. I already tried refreshing and removing/rebuilding the plan. The counter stays at 9/4 also in Settlement Level 3. I can 't explain why this issue appears only on some but not all settlements.

    Ah ok, so i misinterpreted this info in the bottom left. Thanks for the info. But the Problem still remains, that some settlements don't seem to attract more settlers. I had Abernathy on Level 3, Happiness over 90 and yet only 9 settlers. Whereas other, much younger settlemente, are thriving...

    First of all: what does the lower part of the resources panel tell me? If i'm right, this should show me the available ammo, weapons, meds and armor in the settlement. Or am i wrong?     I already did this. After further investigation, it showed, that MCM wasn't the culprit, but VIS-G. After disabling it, everything worked fine.

    M8r98a4f2's Complex Item Sorter is needed by some of the mods, as far as i remember. But good to know. Thanks for all your feedback!
