June Warwick is part of the Atom Cat's side quest and Wally is a child so neither of the are command-able, iirc.
Click on each of them with the console open and do:
setpv bCommandable 1
and
addkeyword WorkshopAllowCommand
No, while some aspects of Nuka-World are used to manage Jammer's and the player's raider gang, Conqueror isn't much like the way Nuka-World DLC handles raider gangs.
I think Sim Settlements affects vanilla settlement attack spawn points and frequency. Plus, "More Attackers - Get Off My Buildzone" likely uses scripts to trigger events as does SS so you might have issues.
One or more of the cots uses an animation marker for an npc to sleep on it. Farthest to the left while facing the building with the cots. Not sure if it counts as a bed, though. There are other types of animation markers in the stalls with the cots as well. On PC they can be scrapped with Place...
I've had both Abernathy and Sanctuary both at level 3. It's not too much for a PC with specs like yours, but more a limitation of the game engine.
FO4 uses a scripting engine Bethesda calls Papyrus to do things in-game. Papyrus is threaded and SS makes heavy use of it. Cities should build and...
I think a scene should play out involving a turret placed near the workbench, Opheila, Jammer, and two raider recruits. But it doesn't always work and the turret gets placed in an odd location including under objects in the settlement. You may need to hunt around for the turret and see if you...
Sometimes the quest triggers seem to get buried by scripts that are running while you're in a settlement. Waiting or sleeping in the settlement sometimes works. You can also leave the settlement for a while or you may need to raid another settlement as @Raider106 points out.
Sim Settlements city builds won't remove objects that the player can't scrap in the base game nor can it restore objects scrapped with Scrap Everything. I'd say ignore it until level 3 and then scrap the floating bits and do your own thing in that area. Or tear down the city build and just do...
Sanctuary, Red Rocket, and Abernathy Farm all building at the same time will pose a problem commonly called the triangle of doom. As each levels up you'll experience crashes because the three settlements are so close together. Parts of each load when you're in one or the other. This happens even...
This happened to me a few patches back. Got the quest stage to find out what happened to the courier. Hung around for a few minutes swiping the raider power armor, then Willie walked by and said "oh you're back" or something similar and the quest completed, apparently skipping the remaining...
Thanks. I've just loaded SKK Workshop Ownership Utilities and Tenpines Bluff is indeed Minutemen allied, apparently as a result of accepting The First Step, and a raider vassal at the same time. Further Googling claims it's impossible to fail The First Step even if you kill the two settlers...
Oh right. Updated to 4.1.0 on all three mods. I had 12 recruits - not sure who was doing what exactly, though. Two guards, two workers... not sure beyond that.
