New Official Fallout 4 update 1.10.75.0

Yes. "Only update when I launch" refers to the Steam game launcher. Also, if you watch this video it will show you how to rollback your game so that you can play again until F4SE and other similar mods update. It is what I had to do the last time the game updated because like most, my game...

New Official Fallout 4 update 1.10.75.0

Really glad I set my game to only update when I use the launcher. Learned the hard way with the last patch.

    Question about Increased build limit?

Right, that is the general faq, and why I specified "an RotC city plan", because I was not sure if that was along the same lines, but thank you :)

Creation Club .esl files "doughnut shop and arcade", NMM (0.64.1) & SimAdd-ons Coots+IDEK

A few things.... 0.64.1, the newer version of NMM available from GitHub, although able to manage esl files, for some reason 'breaks' the ability to drag and sort your load order in the plugin tab. There are a couple different options you can try. If you want to continue to use the later...

    Question about Increased build limit?

I was curious as to how much of the vanilla build limit that an RotC city plan takes up in a settlement? Is it necessary to use a mod like Increased Build Limit if I wish to add my own stuff to the settlement along with what would be built with the city plan? Sorry if this has been asked.

Lazy settlers... Sandbox mod safe/compatible with SS?

I can sort of understand the navmesh on the roof thing, allowing for us to build upwards and have the settlers able to walk around there too... but even if I put a ladder for them to get down, they don't. I wonder if the navmesh fix mod from Hozsa would work in that case.

Lazy settlers... Sandbox mod safe/compatible with SS?

The newest congregation spot.. maybe they're taking in the view? Garvey is in the river at the moment, the rest wanted a rooftop view. This is with "Clean & Simple Sanctuary".

rise of the common wealth help?

Playing the tape the first time is what adds everything to the workshop menu, but I did not realize you were on XBOX One, so I cannot say for certain then, we need to wait till someone else can confirm :D But yes, on the PC, Sim Settlements has it's own menu.

Yeah now I'm completely confused and I can't get the page that Damanding linked to load :(

    Scrapping Mods Question

While we're on the subject of scrapping mods (again :D ) can something else be clarified to me please? When using the INS key in Place Everywhere, and scrapping those things that are able to be highlighted that way, that is not breaking anything? I find myself doing that a lot since removing...

    NMM is shouting at me

Tough Traveller, Eli's Armor Compendium, and some accessory mods and that's really it for me for armor. The rest are either bug fixes, aesthetic, or settlement build mods.

    NMM is shouting at me

I merged all my companion look mods via FO4Edit. Was the best way for me. I like the Merge Plugins tool and I should probably do that one of these days for all the little settlement crafting mods I use, but I'm too lazy. I'm only sitting at 140 plugins though so I'm safe for now. :)

rise of the common wealth help?

Please forgive the question, but did you activate Sim Settlements through the 2078 City Manager holotape? If you did, then the city planner's desk is one of the first items within the Sim Settlements menu, which is all the way to the right in the workshop menu. It will be Sim Settlements > Furniture

    NMM is shouting at me

I think that's one of my biggest issues also. I frequently check for mod updates and when I do and I happen to see something new I want to try it, or I get an idea and then try to find a mod that includes an item for my idea, so that's another download.

Lazy settlers... Sandbox mod safe/compatible with SS?

I may just give up on doing my own complete thing in Sanctuary and turn it over to Sturges and RotC. If I keep up like this and keep restarting I will never get through the game or have time to get back into the plot building tutorials. I'm sure there are other really nice settlements out there...

Lazy settlers... Sandbox mod safe/compatible with SS?

This is the same issue I was having when I first started this thread. I just deleted saves, and going to do a quick looks-see if there are any other mods I can get rid of, and then re-start yet again. As much as I prefer Jenn's C&S mods, I was thinking of trying Sanctuary Homestead instead. It...

Lazy settlers... Sandbox mod safe/compatible with SS?

Well I don't have Scrap Everything installed and I did not move the workbench. There was nothing in Sanctuary for me to scrap anyway, as I installed Sanctuary Lite again. So I don't know what the issue is. After I went back in game I found them there again, stood there for a good 5-7 minutes and...

Lazy settlers... Sandbox mod safe/compatible with SS?

Well I tried. Then left Sanctuary to go explore, help, etc.. forgot I wanted to set down a recruitment beacon so fast traveled back.. to find them all like this: So I don't know if it's a mod conflict or that is normal and I just never see it. I even put up a lot of the invisible working and...

    How to remove dependencies

Hence why I said you can recommend THEY use the blueprint manager. Then they do the work. Not you. You just have to type a few extra lines. ;)
