Looks like the latest patch fixed this issue. Thank you! I started new games btw, so no idea if it fixes existing games.

This seems to trigger when you choose a building rather than let it randomly assign. It happens in any settlement I try to set up, not just in Sanctuary. Need a fix for this on Xbox. Sim Settlements 2 is a must have in my mod list!

This started happening in my game as well, hitting the settlement limit waaaay too soon after just 4-5 plots in Sanctuary. I think it is due to the latest WF patch because it only started following that update.

I have WF loaded after UFO4P and still have this issue. Something changed with the patch that is miscalculating the settlement size.

My issue is on a new game, never had this prior to the latest patch. So I am on the most current version of Workshop framework and SS2 - only using chapters 1 and 2, not enough room for 3.

Post latest patch, I am also running into this issue with Settlement Limit being maxed after only a few plots being placed. Some calculations must be off. Xbox Series X user. Thanks!
