This city plan is the result of my entry in the Sim Settlements City Plan Contest for September 2018. It's also my first mod ever for any game.

Go to the Files tab to choose whether to download the .ESP or .ESL version, depending on your preference.

  Requirements:
• Fallout 4, no DLCs
• Sim Settlements v3.4.6 or higher

  Recommended mods:
• IDEK's Logistics Station: This will build on the Industrial plot in the foundation level (Level
  0) so you can get Tenpines connected to your other settlements right from the start.
• Sim Settlements Mega Pack - Year One
• Sim Settlements Scrappers
• Wasteland Venturers Sim Settlements AddOn Pack (You could also get the All-in-One from here, which includes WV 1 & 2)

  Overview at Level 3:
• Player home: Above the building with the workbenches and city planner's desk.
• Balance: Food will be a little short, but there will be a little extra water.
• SS Plots:
  • Residential: All 15 residential plots are internal and placed in the "apartment building". The mods recommended above will help make sure
    doorways to the residences are not blocked.
  • Agricultural: (2) 2x2 plots, (1) Internal plot
  • Commercial: (1) 2x2 plot, (1) Internal plot
  • Industrial (regular): (4) 2x2 plots
  • Martial: (2) 1x1 plots, (1) Internal plot
  • Recreational: (2) Internal plots
• Defenses: (I targeted a defense value of about 85. Oxhorn's excellent video explains why.)
  • Fully fenced, one entrance
