This was something I was playing around with, it's not particularly useful by itself - but might spark some ideas for someone.
Set up a new quest, attach the script, and fill out all of the properties. Be sure to make sure you have some sort of restraint set up in the properties (distance, object count, or check in the bGridWorkshopCellsOnly box), otherwise running this will create infinite objects and eventually crash your game.
Once you have it set up, you can run the command:
cqf YOURQUESTEDITORID creategrid 14
Replacing YOURQUESTEDITORID with the editor ID of the quest you configured this script on. This will cause a grid to spawn with the player as the origin.
