Hey, I will like to add Canary support to my mods and I already have Kinggath's tutorial opened but I need to know am I supposed to set the my mod (that i want to add support for) as the "active file" in creation kit?

Also am I just supposed to add the x mod plugin to my data folder or does it need all of its materials, textures, meshes etc in the data folder as well, that part isn't shown in the video tutorial.

In CK- file- Data - double click your plug in from the list so an x appears, and then click the "set as active file" button. Then ok. Then wait for ck to load your mod.
Then I assume you follow the instruction's in the video from KG.

What does your mod do? Canary monitors data loss from certain functions, such as timers or registered events. So your mod will only benefit from Canary support if it has scripts with these types of functions.
