Is there a way to see the amount of settlers a city plan supports in FO4Edit or in-game at different levels, especially level 3?
A lot of the city plans don't have this info on the wiki, on the mod page or on these forums.
EDIT: I was able to count the amount of residential plots in the .esp file under the "Misc. item" tab. Most authors place every plot in Layer 0, but some spread them through all 4 layers. The only problem is when the author adds non plot beds, which I'm not sure how to find without it taking hours of scrolling through placed items.
