I'm using the latest versions of WSFW and WS+.
I first noticed this in my latest full-loadorder game, attempting to import several WSFW layouts at Red Rocket - put them on a layer - and turn the layer into a blueprint. Delete layer (scrapping items on it) and repeat with the next layout-to-blueprint conversion. After 4 blueprints, the blueprinting process hangs. I attempted 3 times - each time it hangs.
I force-closed the hung progress bar and attempted to create a new blueprint. The game told me that blueprint creation was already in progress and I needed to wait until it completed before I could start another.
In an effort to let scripts settle down I reverted to an earlier game and went into the basement in Sanctuary, stood there doing nothing for 1 hour 22 minutes of real-time. Back up and out to Red Rocket - start the process from the beginning - same result. With this screensnap of a very simple structure I left the game to do as it would - the blueprint has been "stuck" for 15 minutes:
At this point I swapped to a minimal-mod profile - @kinggath this is the profile which I used with the raider issues at Outpost Zimonja and the food issues with vanilla crops. I went to Red Rocket and proceeded to import layouts, put them on layers, and convert them to blueprints. Process as follows:
* Import layout
* Create new layer (0) and toggle to hidden (note that sometimes the notifications stop showing - save game, quit to desktop, restart and they show once more)
* Touch each item in the layout to put it onto the hidden layer
* Once all items are on the hidden layer - toggle a couple of times to make certain it works well and nothing is obviously missing
* Convert to blueprint
* Delete layer (scrapping everything on it)
* Repeat for next layout
Upon converting the 5th layout to blueprint (this layout is a simple corner guardpost) the layer-to-blueprint process froze, not bringing up the dialogue to give it a name:
Here's a screenshot of the prior successful conversions:
Attached are:
* modlist
* plugins.txt
* WSFW layouts (RR Layouts by Whisper)
* the save with the frozen blueprint (BaseWSFW-RedRocketBlueprints)
Note: A lot of the layouts include SS stuff, some Creative Clutter, I built them in the testing game anyway.
Note: The testing game has no HUD in it, so no progress bar was visible - only progress notifications. As per above these would sometimes stop appearing (I believe a vanilla bug) and I would have to save game, quit to desktop, and restart to get them back again.
I know you're incredibly busy, not a high priority.
