I auto-built Coastal Cottage from the start of the game. When I made it up there a couple of things happened.
1. A raider spawned as an enemy to me. I killed him. Then the settlers turned on me.
2. When I approached the settlement for the first time and when I loaded a game, cars fell from the sky.
