Question Nukaworld Patch on nexus that is an optional conquer download

Long story short I had started a new modded game to determine what was keeping fallout 4 from starting a new game. Starting from scratch I had SS 3-in-1, ss Conqurers, and the nukaworld patch (found as an optional patch on the conquers nexus page). SKSE, plugin preloader, load accelerator, and private profile loader. Fallout 4 had no issues when starting a new game before installing the nukaworld patch. one installing the nukaworld patch I got an infinite loading screen. just needing to know if this is a bug or if that patch is now outdate as its version number on the Nexus is 2.2.

That patch is currently not fully functional; KG is aware, a fix is coming. Don't attack the NW gang leaders until the fix, you will lose all your Outposts.

I also get what seems like an infinite load screen on game start, but hitting Enter a couple times starts the intro sequence.
