Patch 4.2.1 is now live! It includes updates for Sim Settlements, Three in One, Industrial Revolution, and Conqueror. The City Planner's Toolkit was also updated for you designers - which includes some new Decals created by Whisper including things like blood splatters (Project Blueprint > Decorations > Decals)!

- Fixed Transfer Settlements Imports. Plots are now delayed being configured until after Transfer Settlements import completes to begin setting up the plots to reduce system load during the process. Notification messages will then begin appearing in the corner to let you know progress of Plot configuration.
- Tons of bug fixes and improvements, check out the patch notes below for other changes.

The fixes for Transfer Settlements imports are much appreciated!

@kinggath - I just tried importing a blueprint which contained a Mud Farm. On import, the farm upgraded itself to level 4 with an output of 20, but for this particular settlement it should have upgraded to level 3 (there is no Tool and Die Shop in this settlement). It's easy to fix in game, but thought you should know.

I have a question regarding conqueror I didn't know where else to turn my question is can I use conqueror without rise of the Commonwealth I just don't like the city plans that seem to put things in strange places or bury them underneath stuff to where you can't get to them so if I don't use rise of the Commonwealth will the factions still modify the cities they occupy without it or will they just stand around and do nothing

Not sure what you mean.
If you don't want to have prebuilt city plans but want to use the war options to add factions to empty settlements then yes they will just stand around if they have nothing to interact with.
Or do you mean something else?
