Solved About Industrial plots

So is it normal for Industrial plots to only have 1 plan at Starlight drive-in? but at Santuary they have more?

Only thing the industrial plots can be at Starlight drive-in are surveys not sure if I'm missing something here

The specific location should not change the options for plots. When you say only one plan, are you trying to choose a new plot via the asam sensor? Is it basic industrial plots or advanced? Are you talking about what is first built or options for upgrading?
Advanced Industrial plots can be limited in their upgrade options by needing certain other plots built.
There can also be a delay for all plot options to load. So if you bring up the option list too soon after loading, all may not be loaded yet.

So why do you think im only getting 1 option for it them? the prospector tent, im also using Year 1 and 2 Packs with the 3 in one SS

Welcome to the forums. Try using the MCM to see what settings are in there for it. The holotape has some enable/disable settings in there that you can play with too. Realize that NONE of the settings are instant. You may have to let the scripts run a bit before you get what you want. You can always go back to the mayor's desk and refresh all the plots in the settlement. Let it run for as long as it needs. Very important detail!

I'm not familiar with the 'prospector tent', which add-on is that from? And again, are you trying to choose a new plot via the asam sensor on the power pole or are you going by what is being generated when a plot is built?

It's from Sebbo's Another Brick in the Wall Add-On (also in a mega pack, i believe). Starts off as a surveyor's tent then branches in two different directions at level 2, each of which have two different options at level 3. One of which is a Cement Factory and is awesome!

I've encountered this issue a few times. It's frustrating, but there's a fix that's worked for me: Build a City Planner's desk, access the building plan drawer (below the safe where you donate supplies), and use that to reset local plans. Then give it a minute or so and try activating the plot again.

I couldn't really see what is going on with your load order. MCM stands for Mod Configuration Menu. Look for it on Nexus. It has a lot of settings for SS and a bunch of others. Also do a search for LOOT and use it. It will help sort out your load order. It's not perfect, but it handles things quite well. Question for you... do you have any other SS plots on the site? If not, that could be the problem right there.

Hmm; I'm no expert, but if you've got no city plans my first thought is that you might not have the 3 in 1, but might only have the base mod! (that would also make it so that only advanced industrial from add-ons would be available)

But the fact that you have them in sanctuary kind of undercuts that theory.

I admit I've been playing heavily modded, so things don't look the same to me as they would normally, but where in the vanilla Starlight is there a sidewalk, grass, and steps like that so close together?

I didn't think of that. Good work. The next thing I would suggest is to download a pack of city plans off Nexus and try using one. Be carefull though, some of them require a small flotilla of other mods to make them look and work properly.

I want to apologize to you guys because as one of you say somehow i dont know why i was using plain old SS and not the 3 in 1.

I dont know how it happen it seems when i redownloaded the files i got the wrong one and did not notice it .

is it safe for me to uninstall SS and use the 3 one instead?

Nothing to be sorry about! Glad we got to the bottom of it!

I did the same thing. I think the big vortex button on nexus doesn’t download the 3 in 1!

yep you should be able to just install the 3 in one and carry on!

Not a problem, happy that you got it sorted out. One thing going forward, make sure that you don't have any other SS 'master' files running. Meaning ROTC and IR. If you have those installed, you will need to remove those too before installing the 3 in 1 pack.
