Question 1,927 Scripts in Resaver?

I am having issues with CTD's, and what I think is script lag.
-Plot refreshes take longer than usual, sometimes.
-Flying not working frequently not working in WSP. (not showing as disabled)
-Vanilla HUD only shows 17 beds and SS shows 20, actual count is 20. Settlers always complaining

Things I have tried or doing
- Only using 55 mods and most are SS or SS endorsed.
- Non SS mods:CBBE, Looksmenu, LM Cust. Comp., Raze Settlements, Spawn Settler button, No lollygagging, Locksmith, faster terminal, Adjustable UI Volume sliders, and Azars Ponlytails.
- I did not use Raze mod on SI as I had already scrapped it before i installed Raze my Settlement. Plus this issue listed above predates its install
-Uninstalled Faster Workshop
- I am getting a graphical anomaly from an a lovers lab mod that is not installed on this profile
- I am using profiles in Nexus
-SimSettlements.esm loads after Workshopframework.esm
-Turned on Papyrus script logging

When I ran resaver on my latest save game it showed 1,987 scripts and 1,526 of those are simsettlments:asamsensor.
That seems like a lot for having 38 plots.

When I ran resaver on my latest save game it showed 1,987 scripts and 1,526 of those are simsettlments:asamsensor.
That seems like a lot for having 38 plots.

The only way I'll been able to think about this something is stuck in the waterway and all the other scripts like water get backed up.

Ya blew up something! Fire in the hole !

Did you clean it and save under a new file name.. like "SAD"? That's what I rename mine as ....

But never anything like that.

Try see if cleaning it fixes yer issues

Like I said 1,526 are coming from the Asamsensor.
Only mods I have installed and disabled/re- enabled is Blood Moon raiders and Flotsam/Jetsam SS Addon packs.
I'm gonna uninstall those two mods next and see if the numbers go down. After my current changes are tested.

Sorry for me, uninstall is verboten. I dont speak uninstall on a game. I start a new game often uf it's that bad.

For me also.

Uninstall = RollBack

I have 470 mods installed and active. When sim settlements backs up on me it has been because something else glitches. The SS scripts will continue though.

Being I would clean everything else ”but” the SS scripts ”and normal idle ones” while in a place like home plate. If the game starts, then stay there for a very long time. Then if some are left walk to any settlement and if you can get into it stand still. Then maybe refresh all plots in the settlement.

Even with 470 mods installed I have only 4-5 scripts that run in an ldle state. It is good to check fallrim at the start of a game to know what your idle state mods are. My humble recommendation.

It seems to be a sheer miracle your game can start.

The ”other mod, from the other place.” I would ditch that first. I don't understand how this works but I have heard some odd stuff about mods that are installed but disabled causing problems but I don't understand how that works or could happen?

If you have uninstalled anything and played forward without rolling back then I agree with John, time to start a new game and not do that.
 
Further, I have cleaned some games - what works for me is disable first... load game (if it will)… if so, fast travel to interior of Home Plate - not in Commonwealth worldspace. sleep wait... idle for a few days... hard save. Clean... reload... the cleaning has to be done not in the cells affected by the mods you are disabling... then I uninstall... (I have found just uninstalling works fine - my mileage)…

Go back in game … travel to where you were... wait a few days... exit … check your re-saver... should be cleaned... :)

Of course, new games avoid all this hassle.

Word of advice... if you are doing settlement building... transfer blueprint out everthing you can with a corrupted game... at least not lose this progress on new game.

Not sure how, Nexus supports swears there is now way possibly for a mod to bleed over.
And I'm in the middle of a city plan so restarting is not really an option at this point for me.
I am currently getting zero unattached instances.

Oh, yeah... rule is no transfer blueprint... otherwise, I would zap it out, reinstall game... bare requirements, load that save file you are to start with and zap your work back in... you would have to ask the fearless Leader because it would break the rule...

Or you clean it as RayBo suggested....

I agree with @MrCJohn and @Phil_T_Casual

I’d be starting a new game.
 
I ran the clean unattached instances in Resaver. Still showing zero.
Is there another cleaning option?
I think I am just going to muddle through since the CTDs have become less frequent and I am currently almost finished with level 2.
Time for a game/mod wipe again after this contest.

Script instances 72k and change forms at 48k??? WTH are you running during a contest? I am now so curious as to what you are doing because... like, wow. I missed that earlier...

I was being kind... @Phil_T_Casual in his loving Minuteman subtlety nailed it.

It's FUBAR...

Here is my Re-Saver file after meeting Codsworth. I have lots of clothes, beauty things (a gal has to look good going through the wasteland), Sim Settlements, Workshop Framework, Plus, HUD, and all the add-on packs. Zero unattached instances. My forms I can understand when I have 1300 pieces built in bodyslide, plus all the add-ons I am sure.

Pretty clean at the moment.
