Question Issue with SS HUD Menu

So I noticed that all my settlement's needs aren't showing value to them, so I have no idea what needs attention.

I have created a new game to incorporate the Conqueror expansion, I've set up the settings when prompted to for Conqueror.

I didn't start SS until I completed a mission that Garvey gave me. When I started up SS through the holotape, I notice that the cities needs weren't displaying anything. I went to various settlements even a settlement that had 10 people in it due to the way I set up Conqueror and still, the Cities needs don't display.

So now I have no way of knowing what the settlers need.

Any suggestions on how to fix this or is this a bug that was introduced in the lasted SS, Workshop Framework and Conqueror update?

How long did you stay in each settlement? It takes a while since there are lot of scripts being run at each settlement and the more quest you have active even more scripts are running. All that makes it slow to load the needs display.
I've had to stay over 10 min once, before the settlement needs where updated. This is due to the priority set by quests, and Sim Settlements have set a rather low prio on its quests and scripts.

This is a bit of an explanation of how SS HUD updates work:

I imagine that the very spamminess of the SS HUD King talks about can contribute to it getting itself backed up.

I've started only having the HUD update/turn on when I'm in workshop mode. Since doing this I've noticed much better aka substantially better game performance/stability on my Xbox and the HUD is never out of sync/wrong. If it does for some reason not show or update immediately, I just remain in workshop mode until it does.

Before I was constantly having to enter and exit workshop mode anyway just to get it to update correctly.

For about 5-10 minutes

I know this is to be the most basic, but did you allow for the conqueror prebuild to fully complete? (The bar on top left that says 1/4 to 4/4)

I only bring this up because I personally have played the game and figured I could do quests while the prebuild was working in the background, only to realize I was actually just slowing the scripts down even more as I kept going from one load screen to the next as I did quests.

Pre-built save games work great because all that wait time for building completion has already be absorbed.......

Cell loading, that's your issue! Haha
