Version 12 is now complete.

It adds a few new plots. (interior recreational) Cafe, (interior commercial) Holly Lingerie store (I know) and a new (exterior residential) home - Fanatic.
Its going live on XB1 first, Very soon. Just finalising the mod page description. Then will upload to Nexus.
It also contains many bug fixes that I was unaware of until @Irealys tested the add on on XB1.
It also includes a Bunk House helper plot. This is to allow the player to build this, add the interior plots to snap points, then change the plot to bunk house, and as if by magic, everything is in place where it should be.
It also has fixes for the many errors I had in the NavMeshing for many plots, including the Mega Mall. (I hadn't finalised them correctly, therefore , they didn't work) (A big thanks to Kinggath for his video covering how to NavMesh). It does appear to work correctly now and followers will enter with the player and more settlers are coming in and playing on the escalator. If any other plots are found to be wrong regarding NavMeshing, I will endeavour to correct them as soon as possible.
I also took the decision to remove a certain item of clothing that was going to be included, due to fact that I thought it was A. unsuitable for Beth.net and B. After seeing Holly in the Grognak costume, decided that was a much better option.

Please let us know when you publish on the Nexus. @uituit published an update for his Junk Town yesterday and it seems several of us did not get out tracking notifications, as odd as that sounds. :declare

Will do. There's nothing special though. Navmesh fixes mainly. But they do make a marked improvement to the little darlings use of the Mega Mall.

Everyone should. It’s such a good, creative pack, clever ideas and designs, the combo plots are great, the variety is nice. And for Xbox users (and I’m guessing lower end pc users) it’s nice how even the very big plots are surprisingly light on the built limit!

Edit: I kind of forgot that this is not a new add-on for PC users... but my sentiment towards the add-on remains.

RS: Not sure how it will be on PC but on Xbox the bunkhouse helper works perfectly! Thanks for that! And that one real bug we found is fixed. Seriously thanks a million for that port.

Your more than welcome. Couldn't have done it without your help. Very grateful for the testing you did and the bugs / issues you reported. Its so easy to get "Mod Blind" when no one reports the real issues, which may not be apparent at first glance. Never saw the issue in the Mono plot until you pointed it out. Big thumbs up and many thanks for the time you took in helping me.
