Solved Nanny and Ophelia stuck. (Kind of Solved)

The scene between the bot and Ophelia cant seem to end.
She tells the raiders to watch out and the nanny turns to them, and im guessing shes gonna kill em, but they just freeze and stand there.
I've tried loading older saves and it just wont fire off right.
Any way to console command past that junk?
 
I'm stuck in the same spot. I tried to figure out which quest it was, but I can't figure out what the quest name is - the only obviously Conqueror quest currently running is the main one (kg_Conq_RaiderGang). I've got a couple Sim Settlements quests and Vanilla quests active, but no other kg_Conq*. Ophelia has now wandered away, doing random idle animations, but won't respond when spoken to. I tried to bring her, Jammer, and Maul and Best Friend (just in case he has a bit to play) to hang out nearby Ms Nanny, hoping that might trigger it, but no luck. Tried killing the two raiders myself, but they are immortal.

My whole game seems to be suffering from severe script lag - assigning new roles takes about 30 seconds for the menu to show up, and the confirmation pop-up takes a couple more minutes after that.
 
If you kill one of the radiers standing around that will free up Ophelia, shoot him in the head and then execute. However I dunno how that affects the nanny. But at this point I think i'll do just that.

And yes I get a bit of that lag too, mostly in my main base which has a lot of people in it (32). I've set up another outpost to move a bunch of them away and see how that goes.
 
Okey got past it.
When they get stuck like that if you kill the raider the nanny was going to kill by downing him and then use execute the scene goes on as if the Nanny killed him.

Not really a fix, but hey..
 
Had this happen last night. It fired off, they got stuck. I reloaded, tried again, it worked. One of the problems for me I think is the city plan itself. There are things in the way that prevent the actor from reaching a certain virtual marker or whatever, and they just stop. I've used Wait in chairs to solve problems in the hopes the actors move to a better location, etc.

Yeah i tried that too and i noticed the Nanny spawning in a spot where the other actors couldnt get to her which made her teleport. Either way i reloaded and rebuilt my base way to many times so i got tired of it and the kill solution was good enough for me. xD
 
Funny story about the city plan being obstructive. I had Jammer trying to fix a turret, it went into "misfire" and was trying to fire at the mocking raiders. Thing is the city plan put a trailer right there, turret on one side, raiders inside looking through the higher window. Turret was Stormtrooper for all intents and purposes, unable to hit anything. I had to disable the trailer temporarily so the turret could kill them. lol
