Question W/R/E potential calculation issues?

I think there may be something off with w/r/e calculations, or I'm missing a component of the wage calculation. Here is my setup:

Outpost Oberland Station, it's the main outpost, all plots level 1. The only inhabitants are 9 basic soldiers, all are warriors. Below I've listed all the resource generating plots that are currently manned

3 commercial plots, wage meter is NOT full. I would guess it's at -10, based on visuals and calculation below

2 agricultural plots, meter reads +10 on rations

3 advanced industrial plots, meter reads +30 on equipment

The first oddity is that all basic recruits should cost 10/10/10 on resources, so it's strange that the equipment and wage meters aren't matching up despite having the same number of associated plots manned. In theory there shouldn't be more wage cost than equipment cost for my army composition

Checking the math, my soldiers should cost a total of 90/90/90 w/r/e. I'm receiving a morale bonus to production so each level one plot seems to be a total of 20 of its associated resource. So the combined plot and base outpost production should be 120/100/120. So my surplus w/r/e should be 30/10/30. Checking above, this result is consistent with my ration and equipment surplus, but not my wage surplus

So am I missing some additional penalty to my wage score? It doesn't seem like advanced industrial plots cost any wages as reassigning a warrior away from one of the adv.industrial plots didn't change wage score.

Furthermore, when I tried scrapping all my plots, my w/r/e meters all aligned (had same value, not sure what is was as it was negative). This makes me suspect either I'm missing something in the wage value calculation, or there is an issue in the way the values are calculated (or just displayed)

Does anyone know if I'm missing something? Or if there are any console commands I can use to pull the actual w/r/e values that the game thinks I have so I can check if it's just a display issue or an actual value issue?

I managed to get the w/r/e surplus to the correct 30/10/30 values by reassigning a couple of the commercial soldiers to other commercial plots. But then when I got two more soldiers through ham radio recruitment, all the bars fell out of whack again. I ended up having 3 on commercial, 3 on agricultural, and 3 on adv. industrial, but the meters read -10/10/-10 (-10 is an educated guess using calculation, the meters weren't full). Now I'm quite confused; all the resources had the same number of plots manned but now both wages and equipment weren't matching up with the expected surplus totals (should have been 10/10/10, if each plot is making +20 with the morale bonus, had 11 soldiers, 60 base from outpost)

Here it is (turns out I was 10 off on above calculations above, but not in a way that explains the issue). The major point of notice is that my wage and equipment totals are different, even though I have the exact same amount of commercial and industrial plots being worked.

The lower ration amount makes sense, as there is one fewer agricultural plot worked than commercial/industrial

here's mine: wages and equipment are aren't the same either, even though same number/level of plots

edit:

I was wondering if we'd be off by the same proportion.

If you subtract out the 50W/50R/50E that HQ produces (faction pack HQ works the same as Raider HQ, right??), you are getting 20 total wages from 3 Level 1 Commercial plots and 60 Equipment with 3 level 1 Industrials. So 1:3 and three jobs to only support 2 paychecks.

I know it's maybe not apples to apples, but my 1 Level 3 Commercial produces 40 wages and the 1 level 3 Industrial produces 60: so 2:3 but 1 job to support 4 paychecks.

Whatever the answer is the fact that a level one Commercial plot seems to pay less than a living wage is kinda of concerning. Especially, if you are rubbing against sand paper and playing with Commercial requirement set to houses or even population. That's quite a long time to go before those plots will start to make money.

@Testeris010 Does your digging under the hood explain all this? Is this all related to this??:

2. if there is function getWages() then thats the place where ALL wages is calculated, but in current implementation thats only 2/3 of real value, the rest 1/3 is added in completely different function
