I think there may be something off with w/r/e calculations, or I'm missing a component of the wage calculation. Here is my setup:
Outpost Oberland Station, it's the main outpost, all plots level 1. The only inhabitants are 9 basic soldiers, all are warriors. Below I've listed all the resource generating plots that are currently manned
3 commercial plots, wage meter is NOT full. I would guess it's at -10, based on visuals and calculation below
2 agricultural plots, meter reads +10 on rations
3 advanced industrial plots, meter reads +30 on equipment
The first oddity is that all basic recruits should cost 10/10/10 on resources, so it's strange that the equipment and wage meters aren't matching up despite having the same number of associated plots manned. In theory there shouldn't be more wage cost than equipment cost for my army composition
Checking the math, my soldiers should cost a total of 90/90/90 w/r/e. I'm receiving a morale bonus to production so each level one plot seems to be a total of 20 of its associated resource. So the combined plot and base outpost production should be 120/100/120. So my surplus w/r/e should be 30/10/30. Checking above, this result is consistent with my ration and equipment surplus, but not my wage surplus
So am I missing some additional penalty to my wage score? It doesn't seem like advanced industrial plots cost any wages as reassigning a warrior away from one of the adv.industrial plots didn't change wage score.
Furthermore, when I tried scrapping all my plots, my w/r/e meters all aligned (had same value, not sure what is was as it was negative). This makes me suspect either I'm missing something in the wage value calculation, or there is an issue in the way the values are calculated (or just displayed)
Does anyone know if I'm missing something? Or if there are any console commands I can use to pull the actual w/r/e values that the game thinks I have so I can check if it's just a display issue or an actual value issue?
