WSP Layers is broken for me.
I have tried on 5 different city builds, before and after an install wipe of the game, all mods and vortex, to build using layers only to find as some point that:
A: Random items will drop off from a layer to no layer
B: Items disappear from a layer
I just had about half of my items on layer 2 just disappear from existence.
I have already reloaded to a non-broken save twice, only for it to do it again.
The only mods I have installed are Sim Settlements and all the plots and recommended mods to go with it.
Done with Layers part of this mod.
