Question Begging Raider for new Olivia quest in t-pose

Not sure it's Conqueror related, but the guy begging for a 2nd chance is not only in a t-pose, he's horizontal to the floor like you sometimes find dead bodies. Once he was . . . dealt with, his body became a shimmering mess. I was able to loot him though. The second body next to him was normal.

Hello i think what isnt related to conqueror for me isnt happening i dont know if others are having the same problems

When you encounter this, open the console, pick the NPC, type disable, type enable, close the console and the issue should be remedied. This works for land swimming as well.
