You had posted it in the Forum/Website Help section - I must have moved it to the wrong area by mistake.
You don't have to do anything for the new mechanics in Faction Packs - but there are no things you can take advantage of. An update to the toolkit will go out as soon as I find some free time.

Here's a related question, I'm gonna watch the live stream tomorrow morning so I hope you didnt alrdy answer but are the new conqueror plots locked behind the raider quest line? The prison, for example?
