Jammer tells me he has a third option: Slavery, but I already have 3 slave outposts.
Ophelia will make me both boom things (not trying to give too much away for n00bs) and told me where Leech was sent off to.
The Bounty Board is empty...

Hello Rudy Maul is a super mutant what can tame dogs you find him in a quest with ophelia when you conquest 3 vassals and some slaver outpost and normal outpost the scene will trigger where jammer and ophelia talk about a super mutant and then the quest will begin.In my first playthrought with conqueror was a bug and i conquested a lot of outpost and the quest never was started so i didnt know if this same happens to you.

I'm way past when the quest should have triggered then. Or maybe the dialog started and I walked away or something not knowing.

Does anyone have the quest ID so I can console start it?

What's the last quest related to Jammer or Ophelia that you did?

Leech was the latest.
Ophilia males me both kinds of booms so I've knocked those two out as well.
There aren't any more available to me now. I'm at level 43 with only a few settlements not under raider control.

Edit: I talk to jammer and Ophilia each game day hoping something new pops up.

I should've been clearer..... What was the name of the last main quest given directly to you by Jammer or Ophelia. Leech and other stuff from the board are side quests.

The Headless Gunman and just before that Wall Busting.
Those were a very long time ago.
I probably missed the dialog trigger.

We had a leftover requirement in the mod from early development days that I just fixed for 4.1.0. Prior to this patch, the quest would not proceed past Headless Gunman unless you took over Outpost Zimonja or Tenpines Bluff.

We were originally going to make the story non-linear, and have different quests triggered based on the locations you took, but it made the story-telling side less interesting as we could never assume you had done much.

Now all of the quests are just tied to how many settlements you've captured, so if you had enough already, the scenes and quests will start triggering when you return to HQ next.
