!Spoilers! Where does the quest line end?

Currently at the part where Ophelia tells Maul to leave the Yao Guai outside of the HQ. But the main quest is not progressing anymore so I'm just wondering if that's the end or not. I've conquered like 3 additional settlements.

Have you done all the bounties and Mechanised Makeover?

The only bounties I tend to get are the Jamaica plains one, the gorski cabin one and the diner one.

Also if you haven't been to vault 81 you should go.
