Question Ophelia does not speak.

Hello, in my game Jammer and Ophelia just got back from the high school and Jammer introduces us and then Ophelia just wont speak. Please help and thank you for your time. If you need any additional info please ask.
 
Mechanized Makeover completed but Miss Nanny wasn't built just sitting there as a hunk of metal, no quarter for the wicked completed. Gonna check if i can spawn built Nanny soon but gotta couple things todo this hour.
 
ive tried running jobs til i didint have an army left didint work i dont think we are going to be able to play the storyline until theres a patch
 
Me too on this one - even went way back and re-ran the quest line from Tower Tom through to Blast from the Past only to have the same result with Jammer and Ophelia. I can't even turn in the Cook quest now to Jammer, as he still keep introducing Ophelia.
 
just adding a me too on this bug, this is my 4th time trying to get through the raider quest line. I realized my low end system just can't handle city plans at all. not even those simple ones on the nexus.
 
Yup, same bug here. My load order: (Would this bug be caused by the fact that I don't have F4SE?)
- Sim Settlement mods(The 3 in 1, the year 2 expansion, Conqueror, only Workshop Framework)
- NPC Travel
- Automatron Expanded Weapon System
- Weapon of Fate
- Everyone's Best Friend
- Unofficial Fallout Patch
- Chiappa Tripple Threat
- Plutonium Creatures
 
Just to let you guys know that KG and the team are aware of it.
I have (as I often do) tried to replicate this on a testing save, but I can't. I'm a working my way there on my current playthrough and should be at this point in the next day or so.
Will anything come of it? I don't know, but it's hard to fix anything if it can't be replicated.
 
If this helps you troubleshoot then in my playthrough, I have finished all bounty before getting into the Quest to find Ophelia, I wonder if people on this thread also do the same?

Thank you for confirming that this issue has been made aware of, I hope that the fix is easy and that the patch can come soon! :)
 
I have the same problem, after getting Ophelia. Jammer has a conversation with her about our "HQ" and the "Tags" (great writing btw, really made me crack up), and when I talk to him
now, he only says "Hey Boss this is Lia, Lia this is the boss, play nice!", but Ophelia just walks around my outpost and ignores me.

I figured it might be the result of a mod conflict, so I started a new game with barely any mods (Hud Framework, Def_UI and the Kinggath mods - Settlements, Workshop Framework, Conqueror and Salvage Beacons).

The result is the same, Ophelia just ignores me. It's a shame, kinggath's let's play really wanted me to play through the conqueror storyline...

I don't want to sound too demanding but is there a status update yet? How is the testing going on for you? In case you cannot replicate the problem is there any tools I can use to somehow help you diagnostic the problem in my save?
