Question Can't find foundation tiles (using SMM)

I have the latest version of Sim Settlements and SMM and I still cannot find the foundation pieces. I've tried using every function on the SMM holotape, but nothing seems to make the menu appear anywhere in the Sim Settlements menu or any other build menu. Is there a secondary menu I should look in?

At this point, it's either a mod conflict or I'm overlooking something obvious. Reorganizing my load order doesn't seem to change anything either. The only other Sim Settlements addon I'm using is Industrial City and the only other mods I have that use custom menus are Thematic & Practical, Snap & Build, Homemaker, and SOE. I doubt any of those are conflicting with this add on, but I thought I'd exhaust every option before whining on the forums.

I'm tired of feeling stupid so if anyone has any suggestions, I'd greatly appreciate it. Cheers.

Aren't foundations normaly under "houses" ----> "woodhouses" ---> "ground"? At least mines are there

Or do you ask for something else?

If it's not there, there might be some sort of conflict.

I'm on xbox and I can't get the foundations menu to show up.

@rufmarine If you're using SMM then they should appear under the Sim Settlement menu --> Foundations. Should be second to last option in the Sim Settlement menu.
