Patch 4.0.2 - Planning For War

Patch 4.0.2 is now live! It includes updates for Sim Settlements, Three in One, Conqueror, and Workshop Framework.

- Adds the War Planner's Desk, which allows for running attacks and handling other related tasks without Jammer.
- Prepares the code needed for the upcoming Faction Builder's Toolkit, which will teach people how to create their own equivalents of Jammer's Gang to work with the Conqueror system.

Apologies to everyone awaiting support on the forums, felt a better use of my time to try and tackle as many bugs as I could with all of my free time over the past week or so. I will try and make some time this weekend to help out on the forums and address the backlog of issues.

update 4.0.2 has brought back the freeze when killing the molerats in vault 81.
had the same mods installed prior to the update, did not have any problems, but I forgot to exclude the settlements that have vanilla enemies in them, zimonja, kingsport, Jamaica plain. & was getting the freeze on exit so decided to restart with those excluded (got no freeze on exit).
deactivating Conqueror did not stop the freezing this time, in the end I had to deactivate "scrap everything", then the playthrough in vault 81 went without a hitch

Can I use the War Planner's Desk at a vassal settlement? I want to change the flag, but the CP desk won't let me.

You'll probably have the same issue with the WP Desk.

Do you have control of Vassal settlements turned on in the options?

Yes. Because I am starting out as a Raider at level 1, I always turn that on because very few of my settlements are level 1, and most are not built at all.
