I thought that residential plots generated taxes. Right now I do not see an advantage to using and actually wasting my sensors for no benefit over a regular vanilla bed. Am I missing something?

It’s kind of embarrassing actually - sometimes I’m just damned slow.

This is a really good point! I suspect now that you mention it, when automated is selected in wizard that taxes might default to Off. Perhaps for New Users selection? Perhaps it might default to OFF for Low Preset, to further reduce Scripting Load which can CTD weak systems & Xbox One?As @VersusXV has said, but however have you got them set?

So how often are Taxes supposed to deposited into the workbench? Since all I ever do in game is test stuff I usually console command for 100,000 caps, Cheat Holotape for 200 of every shipment, give every perk & just play in TGM.
Have you tried Fast Travelling away & back(assuming at least a couple days have already elapsed with plots having already been built)?Taxes are on. Only option is on or off. No where can I set tax levels or adjust what is taxed by how much.
