Oberland station crashing

Hi, i had sim settlement installed for some time, both the normal and rise of the commonwealth but i had stopped playing falout 4 for some time, when i returned i took some mods out including the sim settlement, now everytime i try to do anything at oberland station the game just flat out crashes. I had removed the sims stuff from there but i noticed that some graphics are lingering there, the odd thing is, it's just oberland that does it, all the other settlement, including ones that had stuff from the mod are perfectly ok. Now, the obvious solution would be to just install the mod again and try to see if i can fix it but i thought it would be better to ask here first because honestly i'm just scared to mess stuff up even more, specially because the one i was using was the bethesda net version of the mod, not the nexus one.

Hello @darendaugh Rilimech and welcome do the forum.

You can try using the "remote self destruct" option on the holotape to see if removes the dirt left behind.

Once you're next to Oberland Station:

1. Using the city manager holotape, go to Tools > Remote Self Destruct. It should appear Oberland Station for you to select (if not, you need to get closer to the settlement).

A brief description from the wiki:
"This will find nearby settlements and offer you the option to tear them down. Once you start, you should stay in the area until it finishes.

If you are having trouble with a settlement crashing and want to destroy it with this, be sure to turn off Demolition FX before you do so, or the extra graphics might crash your game."
