What I'm currently working on!

The more I think of this, the more ideas I get. I'm now leaning towards a security "room" for those who want to make this as ordinary houses within the settlement. And for those using it as a wall around the settlement, some sort of defence tower to use in the corners of the walls.

And now back to holiday preparations.:santa1
Why not make two plots. One residential and one martial.

Wicked job! I love the Minutemen Guard Force. been building my own Sheriff Stations up until now. The Minutemen Guard Force is my absolute favorite plot in sim settlements by a long shot! Keep up the good work! The Bethesda Net description for the XBONE version says it includes armour? how does one procure this armour?

It's actually more a MGF version of the Minutemen clothes. But it counts as armour and can be found and picked up in the sleeping quarters.

I'm working hard here on my Interial Designs plot's. As I am who I am, I'm overdoing it a bit as usual. I'm using kinggaths premade clutter scol's for level one but on the rest of the levels I decided to use only things you can pick up, use or eat. And I also decided to make new textures for almost everyoneand everything of those.
See? If I can overdo it, I will. :pardon

I also made randomlist's on everyone and everything, which in reality will mean that I have ten level one plots, that will upgrade randomly to any of the ten level two plots, who will randomly upgrade to any of the ten level three plots. Then every item, food or furniture in the level two and three plots has a randomlist which in turn will secure that you always get a different setup, and if you pick anything up, something completely new will randomly spawn there. And as I made most of the things myself, everything, almost, are one of a kind and can only be found in my interial plots.

As you can imagine, this setup will make every plot come out in billions of different ways. But, as you also can imagine, it takes time to finish it. I'm slowly getting there though. :rofl

I haven't been able to do much the last month unfortunately. I got a new job and have had much to do. My ideas and plans however only get bigger and bigger. Not as big as @uituit, but then, noone can make it bigger than him. :grin

I was thinking on putting in a bunkbed in the cell on the second floor in the MGF plot. But I'm not sure if 4 beds in a guardplot is such a good idea. What do you guys think?

Because of two deaths in my family and a very sick sister to my wife, I havent been able to work on this for a while. I know many want new upgrades and eagerly await my new creations. I haven't forgotten you, and I promise you that as soon as it calms down again I'll continue.

I finally took the time to learn Xedit, with a little help from @Tinuvia and @kinggath to find and fix an unexpected error.
So now I can perhaps work a little faster and finish everything on my todo list. When irl admits, that is. :wink

I had some time over and honestly, this week was the first time in ages I actually felt for doing stuff. Anyway, It looks like the new addon is soon coming to you.

Here's a sneek peak!

As you probably noticed my place changed name. That's because I have a couple of mods coming around, someday soon I hope! :heat

Currently I'm trying to (when my irl life permits), do a massive overhaul of my AwsomeTown mod. I learned a lot since I made this one, and I want to make it better for you to use, and easier for me to upgrade. So I'm going over to a new namingscheme, and I also go over all the textures I use and see if I can take some away so I can get the size down. I 'm also making some new randomlists that will make the plots look a little more lived in, and adds some new stuff.

And because some things are tedious and quite booring to do. I'm also working on some new addons in between it all, just so I don't get too boored and stop working all together.

After (re)installing SS, Awesometown is always the first addon I install. Your plots are always my goto player crashpads! Especially the bus stops.
I'm hoping you decide to add shops and farms. I would love to create an Awesome Nordhagen using only your plots.
Keep up the great work :)

Thank you, it warms my heart to hear that. :<3:

I have some ideas for both shops and farms and that was why I decided to do an overhaul. I have to make the addon a tad bit smaller before I start adding more plots. Otherwise it gets to big and that's not so good either.
Unfortunately I can't spend as much time on it as I hoped when I started the overhaul. So perhaps I should make a new plot, or two, for everyone to play with in the meantime?

It is slowly taking form. I'm finally done redoing the Brickhouse and the Busstop. Unfortunately, since I'm redoing almost every texture, I can't release this addon until all of the plots are finished. Right now it's just purple textures everywhere, besides these two plots.
But as it stands now with two jobs and family issues, this will propably not be ready this year.

Sorry all. :(

I may be new here, but I suspect you're being too hard on yourself @Kytampe. If you're anything like me, you have higher expectations of yourself than what anyone else could have of you.
Don't worry about us. While we're all keen to see what you come up with, we all know that Life and Family come before our hobbies, modding included.

Thank you @Koeran83 .
You are right, perhaps I do have to high expectations of myself. I always tell my employees that as long as they do theire best, noone can claim more. Perhaps I should live as I learn? 0:D
