Build Limit bar is empty.....

I've never cared about this long ago, but I know i need to keep an eye on it for this, any reason why this would happen and how to fix it.
 
Screen shot please? I’m not sure what you mean when you say it’s empty (plus I’m at work and can’t get on the game at present).
 
Run the reset build limit in the holotape then run recalculate build limit.

Are you running G2M workshop? Is it installed?

There are two versions:

One does not touch the workshop

The other one completely removes the build limit.

just looked through everything in the holotape....don't see it.

G2M not installed, i actually have the bare minimum installed at the moment, not even DLCs
 
In the City Managers holotape, it's under Tools>>Configuration Tools
 
That is not looking happy at all...use transfer settlements to export and import into an earlier save which doesn’t have that?
 
I don't even know where to begin to fix this....

Could this be a reason why the game freezes on exit?

When exact Freeze your game when you exit to the desktop or when you exit from a Building or a sub Menu?I ask as i follow a Bug that i have on 1 Save.
 
Can you say me what new Mods you install in the past 2-3 Weeks?As i think it come from some Bad Mod that is the exact same problem i have now for 2 Weeks on 1 Save.If you start a new Game the Bug is not any more there.I try even with some save i download from Nexus and all don't have that Bug so 1 Mod that come out or update in the past 2-3 weeks must cause this.Let me know what mod you install or update in this time maybe we find out what is the Mod
