So during the stream i heard people wanting items to increase happiness and i had an idea.
The furniture store plot can once in awhile sell special items that increase happiness. Quality of life items for humans and a chassis cleaner for robots. All kinds of things but you need to place the item down like how you can now place desks down. You can move it in workshop mod but scrapping it deletes it so that's the trade off you have to buy it again if it shows up in the store. Make them rare to make them balanced.
