Does anyone have longer experience on how these to work together? Previously I had Rotc and bunch of other mods and the game was super stable but I got tired of how easy the game was with all those 300 stimpacks in my inventory so I went for Horizon. But now I'm worried rotc won't play nice with Horizon. Horizon has Sim Settlements patch built in but will that take rotc mecanics in consideration? Thanks for any answers!!
