Xbox Players - I understand your pain now

I can only speak for my own fairly extensive use of SS on Xbox, but I’ve never had a crash just generally out in the world, whether with ROTC or just SS plots. When really pushing my luck - like by going rapidly between settlements and trying to build tons at once - I have had it get a little laggy/stuttery right after FT somewhere but it quickly goes away.

That said, It’s been a long time since I tried to really push my luck just to see what happens.

As far as pure SS vs city builds, SS is really stable at this point when just using plots as long as you don’t push the per settlement limit of about 30 plots. The closer you get to 30, and especially if you go over, it can get dicey. It seems like, and this is without much data, the interior plots can help out with that limit.

Just to make sure, this is all dependent on turning off a lot of the performance options on xbox. Especially clutter and everything higher on the list and absolutely turn off auto close doors.

I was using the original and had some weird crashing issues but I just upgraded to the One X and used some new performance and game settings for SS and haven't had a CTD in almost 5 days with all the same exact mods as before. i'm using the S. so i am right to think my xb s is simply not powerful enough? ugh.

It should be fine, Go through that link I posted earlier and make those performance setting changes and see if it helps any. Also double check your load order and make sure you have good stable one and nothing is causing conflicts.

I have been playing with ss on my xbox one s with no issues you should be fine

I'm new to mods and forums in general so I apologise for any etiquette missteps. I have been all over looking to fix SS 3 in 1. I used multiple fixes but none have worked: (Save outside the museum then turn on mod) (Uninstall and reinstall mod)(running just SS) (Starting a new save) (turning mod on with an older non modded save) etc

- The holotape never spawns in the museum.
- I downloaded the holotape cheat but when I active the tape, it loops on the "start up message" (press ok to continue etc)
