Closed City planner desk not recognizing correct settlement

I have two settlements that I just noticed are not gathering scrap, or accepting scrap donations. I couldn't figure out why for a while, but then I noticed that both of them (Jamaica Plains and The Slog), say The Mechanists Lair when the donation screen comes up. I noticed it first at Jamaica Plain, but then it did it again at The Slog.

I also just ran into this issue. It was at Country Crossing. The first time I opened the safe it said 'Red Rocket truck stop', even though there is no city planners desk or even any settlers there. So certainly no Rise of the Commonwealth automated build settlement. Closing and opening the safe again did fix the issue. Whenever i re-open the craft menu for the desk the safe shows RR again though the first time I open it.

Well this is a peculiar one, thank you for reporting it... will be looked into.

Just to make sure, this happens with SS 3.1.1 correct?

Same here, for me the same issue happens with 3.1.1 example was in Sanctuary but it was showing Abernathy Farm which is not built as a settlement at all its still at its default. I did do a few things, the first thing I did was to refresh the local plots went back to the donation container and it did show Sanctuary but after a few minutes, it went back to Abernathy Farm. I exited out of the label and went back in and it was back to the Sanctuary labels again.

Just had this issue.

Workaround I found is to go to Manage City and then View Details, then head to the Manage Supplies page again. Should show the correct settlement, for a while anyway.

Ive run into this issue twice now. Im currently at Jamaica Plain which i just cleared and built the City Planners desk. I assign Codsworth to run the city and it says great Codsworth is now in charge of Coastal Cottage. This is a bit concerning as Gage is in charge there, and a raider... so now Codsworth is in mortal peril. Selecting city plan also confirms that the mod thinks I'm at coastal cottage. Egret Marina says it has no plan when I try Select City plan, but View City Details claims it is Covenant. I have similar problems at Hangmans Alley (now known as Sunshine Tidings) and Vault 88. I haven't checked the rest as I am on survival and that takes forever.

Also noticed that in Nexus Mod Manager Sim Settlements and Industrial Revolution said version 3.1.1, but Rise of the commonwealth said 3.0.0. So I just clicked the version number which should link back the Rise of the commonwealths page, but it links back to Industrial Revolution. So it was not giving me an indication that Rise was out of date. Just updated and started with 3.1.1 Rise also enabled, but still have the prior issue.

The only Sim Settlements related mod that has been added recently was the IDEK logistics mod

Yes ApoAlaia, I have the most recent updates for Sim Settlements, Industrial Revolution and Rise of the Commonwealth, and I check for mod updates every time I log into the game (even if its multiple times a day). Also, unlike maarten, mine continues to say Mechanist's Lair no matter how many times I open and close, then re-open the station at both of the locations I'm having that issue at.

This is usually an issue with Bethesda's scripts failing to assign the settlement information to the desk. If you build a new desk, does the correct settlement come up?

What I have noticed starting the game over a few times is that the issue still does it even if you build a new desk...However, I just move away from the desk (face away) and go back it seems to fix it. standing next to the desk doesn't seem to fix the donation plack. Seems like such an odd thing but I have been able to get back into the donation box with Hills.

This happens to me often too as you can see in the picture , I am in Sanctuary and the desk shows me another settlement.

Its really random to me, I have to go in and out of the desk untill it shows the right settlement

There's a script that runs when you arrive in a new settlement that updates the record that the desk checks, if that script is being delayed for some reason it would cause what you're describing @NOBODY

You can check your save in Fallrim Tools to see if you have a big script queue backing up. They are generally listed under ActiveScripts.

If yes, expand it and post a screenshot of them and I might be able to direct you on what to do next.

So far, nothing I've tried has fixed it. I had one time that it finally came up as the correct spot for Jamaica Plains, and I was able to donate scrap and some weapons, but when I went to check how much of an effect it had, it listed it as The Mechanist's Lair again and I haven't had it come up correctly since. I have tried deleting that desk and making a new one, I have tried leaving and coming back, I have tried opening it multiple different times and none of those things worked. Although when I tried opening it multiple different times (about 20 in all) it did change a little bit, it came up with a different incorrect settlement a couple times, once it listed it as The Slog (which is my other settlement I'm having this problem with), once it said Sanctuary Hills and once it said Nordhagen Beach.

Still having the issue posted above, although I have confirmed that all my settlements are having the issue. Donations through the salvage beacon seem to be going to the right target, alth0ugh ive only tested that twice so far, i normally just keep it all for myself. I don't know what triggered this as I was having no issues prior to yesterday, although I did finally add in Jamacia plain and Egret Marina so perhaps its the total number of settlements? Im now at 25, thou some of those have not been built up yet or have a desk.
Here is the active scripts screenshot in case that helps, or not becuase I dont have enough liked posts yet....

@Kamansky I was able to pull the link anyway and view the image. You definitely have some things that are stuck. There are multiple suspended scripts queued up.

You can try terminating your active scripts by right-clicking ActiveScripts, choose terminate, and confirm the action. Then save the file and see if it works for you.

This issue seems to be fixed for me now. I had to scrap the city planner desk multiple times and rebuild it, after the 3rd time at each location, and rebuilding it the 4th time, it worked at both locations. Not sure why that was, but it's working now, so I can't complain I guess!

Sorry for the time I took to respond, but heres the screenshot you asked.
