Closed Tato Farm not upgrading

Strange bug that has happened to me on different playthroughs, even after buying a whole new computer and fresh install. Sometimes the Tato farm will not upgrade past level 2. All the other farms will upgrade to level 4, but Tato just stays at level 2. I restarted a playthrough to see if it came back and it didn't but it just happened again on my new playthrough for rise of the commonwealth, I would rather not restart. Haha need my adhesive production to have even amount of tato, corn, and Mutfruit. Had this bug back when industrial revolution came out as well.
Anyhow, is there a way to force a plot to upgrade, in case it gets bugged?

Do you have this on all Tato farms, or just the one? And is it Kinggath's Tato mud farm?

Are you on Sim Settlements 3.0.3b ?

Have you tried refreshing the tato farm plot? If not I would give that a go.

Happens on all of Kingath's Tato mud farms. Tried refreshing plot, tried moving plot to destoy it, then choosing tato mud again, all the tato in every setlement after the first one bugs just seems to stop upgrading at level 2. The only thing that fixed it was a new playthrough, which makes me think it is something with the save file. This playthrough it was the first tato farm that seems bugged and my 2nd one does not seem to upgrade either. All I can think is to wait longer..... but that means more time wasted on this playthrough if it does not fix. Thanks for the quick replies.

I have been up to my ascots in tatos over the years, with lots of level 3 tato mud farms, so that's a weird one to be sure.
