SS Only Works ~ Halfway

For me they are in Documents> My Games> Fallout 4> Saves. Pick a save that has these issues you mentioned, preferably one where you only had SS installed, and upload them to Dropbox, Google Drive, or some other file sharing site of your choice. If you would rather not upload the file to a site, I can private message you an email address to send it to.
