The unique settlers stopped coming. Ron is silent and sings. What is the problem?

Maybe all the ones that you're presently eligible for have already been recruited or at least spawned in waiting to meet you... how many have you gotten so far?
Keep in mind that they pretty much all have requirements separate from meeting THE RON - such as number of settlements owned, owning SPECIFIC settlements, having specific plot types built up, being on "Friendly" terms with certain factions...

I'm sorry, the language barrier does not allow you to understand through Google translator. Unique settlers who give side quests . That's who I'm asking about. Less than half of them came to the settlement. And for two weeks now, there is no one new . And from Ron, I could not recruit a single settler, due to the fact that Ron is not active ( silent and singing) .Oh, oh, oh.

Might be Horizon.... I'm don't know that mod.
Have you been doing the Fallout main story quests? or
Maybe you don't have lots of settlements, or maybe your character has not reached a certain level?
The Sim Settlement Story and the Fallout main story are connected. Some special settlers do not show up until you have completed some of those quests.

Yes, the main plot of SimS 2-passed, long ago. Level 20, the plot of the game is not far advanced. I perform side quests from third-party mods.And vanilla side tasks, of course. I'm not in a hurry to play the main plot of the game. Ten settlements have been developed.

Carry on with growing your character and your settlements. Also, do the Fallout main story quests.
If Horizon hasn't broken something, you will find more special settlers.
