Once upon a time, there was this little old lady, Mrs. Taffington, who moved from the big city when she retired from being a school teacher. She wanted a calm tranquil place to live out the rest of her years. Her daughter, Nora, had her own life; spoiled as she was, being a hot shot, snotty lawyer. And a niece that drove her batty, Marcy. So the little old lady moved from Quincy to a sweet spot of heaven. A bread and breakfast she wanted to create, her dream of having wonderful guests.... and then getting the hell out when they wore out their welcome... and their money.
Everything was beautiful, on the quiet river. Except for across the river was loud neighbors, blaring their "music"... but only when the wind blew a certain way...
It was perfect. Then the bombs fell...… The crowd moved in. Drifters and grifters.
Then one day, a woman who said she was helping rebuild the minutemen, started cleaning up the mess. But this was personal. This was her mom.
