Been away for a while, some questions

Haven’t played since Conquerer was released, hopefully some of these have been implemented:

1)Is there a way to completely restore a settlement to its default? I was building up Sanctuary for a couple of months but I started having issues with Nav meshing and graphical issues in specific parts of the city. Not to mention I’ve had some better ideas and I just want to start over with it.

2)After logging well over 400 hours on this save I still can’t get the Minuteman quest to claim Summerville Place. I have We Are the Minutemen installed so maybe that’s preventing it? It’s the last free settlement in the game and I want to claim it as my own without killing the guy and his two kids

3)Is there a way to claim Nuka World for the Minutemen? I completed the full DLC and used a mod to avoid raiding the settlements, now I want to wipe out the raiders! I saw there is a mod for this but I was hoping that it has now been implemented into Sim Settlements?

4)Are there city plans for Boston Airport and Spectacle Island yet?

1. Not really, you can remove the entire settlement but returning vanilla object that were scrapped is not possible.

2. There is an option in WSFW to claim any settlement.

3. No, and won't be anything like that anytime soon, if ever at all.

4. No, will possibly be some for Spectacle at the end of September.

as far as i know you can only claim summerville after the npc there gives you the quest and you complete it. sadly i cannot remember what the trigger is for him to give you the quest, it's not as easy as simply rocking up. there's a certain stage you need to have completed and he'll tell you what he needs and then you're sorted.
i wouldnt risk shortcutting this, unless you like gambling on the state of your savegame.

Ok thanks, I’ve had my eye on this mod for a while:

If nothing like that will be implemented I’ll just run that. I understand that Conquerer adds a settlement to Nuka World though? Would that cause conflicts?

With regards to Summerville you’re suppose to either get a quest from Preston or the guy living there (one of the radiant clear out x quests) and upon completion you get the settlement however I cannot get it to trigger. I regularly visit the settlement but the guy just has the same dialogue and Preston just keeps giving the same locations. Minutemen radio is also suppose to give it but they also only cycle the same settlements.

The MM radiant quests often break and you can sometimes never get an opportunity to claim some settlements.
If you claim one through cmd or wsfw the npc will give you the quest soon after.
It does not put a save at risk.

I have used that mod in the past and it works very well.

If I remove the entire settlement from Sanctuary will it fix the nav mesh/sandbox issues? I’m not too bothered about the default objects I just want a fresh start

Hard to know, if certain things were scrapped the navmesh could be gone/broke already. Removing a settlement won't fix that.

that's quite odd because to the best of my knowledge, i've never had a minuteman quest break on me. although i'm not sure how i'd know it had broken on me, unless the radiants simply stopped happening.

i still advise to do this properly by completing certain quest objectives within the game itself, but as ever, it's not my game and of course people are free to do whatever they want. i always refrain from messing with the game quest lines, simply because it will come back and bite you at some point when you least expect it.

I was on my second or third playthrough before I got sent to the Slog, despite settlers regularly taking about it. I could never get the quest by just going there either.

If I use the Minutemen take Nuka World mod what will happen to the settlement there that is added with Conquerer?

Conqueror only adds a city plan to the location once it's unlocked, whether it's settlers or raiders won't make any difference.

Ok, but by default it will be a raider themed settlement with normal settlers and Minutemen patrolling the area (once I take Nuka World with them)?

That depends on what plan you choose to use, the ones included with Conqueror are raider themed but there are probably others on the nexus.

With starting over with Sanctuary could I just start a new game, stay in Sanctuary, build it how I want and then use that transfer city mod?

Also are there any mods or commands that remove building requirements (perks and materials) so that I can just start building straight out of the vault?

Some shameless plugs here:

You can use Whisper’s Easier Perks to reduce the level requirements for all perks. Optional bat files for the Picket Fences magazines (run the MCM menu repair) and adding extra perk points to your character.

You can use Raze My Settlement to scrap a just-taken settlement within 1-2 minutes. Has holotape options to add shipments to the workshop whenever you need them.

As others have said, Workshop Framework lets you take any settlement immediately.

Those should give you everything that you need to make a builder game quick and easy.

Will the transfer settlement mod work though? As the previous poster said, if I’ve deleted something I shouldn’t have done have I screwed the settlement permanently? Ideally I just want to scrap my current one and start over, I don’t really need any of the vanilla objects to do what I’m planning.

Basically my settlers won’t go up stairs on their own and will just stand around in a group when it gets to late night. If I fast travel they will go to where they should but then they just get stuck. I’ve downloaded that sandbox mod but it doesn’t appear to have helped.

I’m also having an issue with stores I’ve created using the vanilla vendor stands, I can assign someone to them but after a couple of in game hours they’ll just go and do something else.
