Problem with the Happiness Report?

Upon installing Workshop Framework (I've tried both first and second version) when I run the happiness report at any settlement's CP desk, it no longer reports there being any food or water even though there is. Shelter, beds, and defense report as expected. Food and water each show 0 of 20 max. But food/water show correct in the workshop, in the citizens needs report, in the HUD, and also in the pip boy.

Test settlement is 4 pop., 5 food (vanilla crops), 6 water Before enabling WkshpFramework happiness report shows 20 of 20 for both food and water. Save game in front of the CP desk. Exit. Enable WkshpFramework. Load back into the game and check report -- shows 0 of 20 for both food and water.

I'm on xbox.

(Didn't catch it during most of my first play thru with Workshop Framework installed until I got to a settlement with just one settler only running an IDEK supply line. As soon as I showed up the settlement seemed to start to suffer from the full -40 happiness hit from no food or water even though there should have been enough coming thru the supply line.)

Same for me even all Settlements have more then enough Food in the reports say Happiness from Food and Water 0.In all my Settlements the Moral is Drop real Fast and Heavy.I don't know if its normal and if it was even before but i see that in all my settlements the Food Plots have the Sensor showing red light. Most of the time i reach a Settlement its Green and after some short time its go Red but the Production of Food seams go on.

I played on for a bit on my test save and found this as well. Enough food and water in the settlement. Sleep for 24 hours, go into workshop mode. Same number of food and water, but it showed red in wkshp bar instead of green. Exit wkshp mode and then immediately re-entered wksp mode and it was back to green like normal. After sleeping another 24 hrs, the same.

@GladiusVictorius It seemed to me the longer I played that this is just a problem with the report itself. My actual settlement happiness never seemed to really be effected. (Actual happiness, per pipboy, hud and workshop, was in the low 80's, but the happiness report indicated it as in the low 70's) Did you find the same?

For me its not a wrong report as in all my Settlements the Moral is going down.In some Settlement before the Mod i was on 100% Moral now even them are under 80 and go on to lost Moral. In the First overall report it say me i have all at 100% in the Happiness Report it Say i have no Food and Water. In the WB mode my Moral is a little bit higher then in the Report and show me is upgrading but after a short time i look on the Map the Settlement have lost 10-20 Points of Moral

Did you get the last version of WSFW?

Yep. That's it.

I have seen the same issue. I also, for whatever reason, had two food plots completely rebuild from scratch (one was still at level 1 but the other was level 2) and took plots from add-on packs even though I have "designer's choice" on. Only the two plots did that, though.

Yes and i was hope it Fix this. But i see that or the Mod dont Work or Work wrong as in one City some stupid Settler Build 12 Robots even i have Robots count as Settler on.So not only he don't respect the City Limit of Settlers as im now 12 Settlers over it but even the Moral for Robots don't make nothing as i change it to 100% in the Hope the Moral stop falling as with the lost of the normal moral with this Mod for missing Food/Water and the robot i reach now 47% City Moral. But even play some ingame week nothing Change the Moral contin to go down. That mean for me that the Moral change don't work or the Mod don't work right.I look into all Mods i use with FO4edit but no one is in Conflict with WF

I am also seeing a problem with "Food and Water" registering as 0 from the happiness report even though the citizen's needs report show 100% for both food and water.

I am running WF 1.0.2

As IDEK runs an "alternative" supply line calculation from the vanilla provisioners script, I am wondering if that is causing some issue.

Are you saying emptying the Workbench in the settlement where we(I) placed the beacon from IDEK for collection?

And this fixes it?

No but you can see if your IDEK Station work with no Problems. As i make that test i find out that nothing reach any more my Main Settlement and all my other Settlement was using the Food and Water in my Main Settlement until it was empty. If you have the same problem better to uninstall WF and wait for a Fix of this Problem as i see on nexus they find out what is it.With the WF not installed all turn normal and your Station work again normal.

I'll check that out (when I get a chance).

Thanks.

Last night, I started at test for this based on your tip. I have five settlements. All of these are only being fed from farms at Starlight thru IDEK supply chain. Designated Storage Container is workshop at Taffington. I didn't remove all the food from the Taffington bench, just anything that wasn't a farmable crop. I made note of the amounts of each farm crop left in the workshop. Each day I would check to see what changed. Nothing was being added and I was losing corn everyday in amount equal to my total population.

I then moved WSFW above SS in my load order. Crops from Starlight finally were added to the workbench and then transferred to Taffington via IDEKs supply line. The brahmin milking pen I started right after enabling WSFW and had upgraded to level 2 finally produced its first Brahmin milk. But with a total population of 39 (14 at Starlight, the rest in other settlements with no food production at all) and out of a total food production of around 68, I'm only seeing around 4 food items at most being generated and transferred to the Logistic Storage Locker each day. However, 39 food is still being consumed each day.

At this rate, it looks like the only thing keeping my settlers fed is the surplus built up prior to enabling WSFW. And that WSFW is messing with crop production. Or am I missing something?

FYI - I'm fairly certain I discovered the issues with the report.

I thought they had to do with WSFW - but it turned out the report has just been wrong this whole time and my calculations for several of the stats were wrong under various circumstances. Other times it was correct though, which is how it appeared to work for so long.

You all are just paying better attention now that I introduced a mod that you think might break things. ;)

Should be fixed for next week's SS patch.

Thanks, @kinggath . And thanks for all the cool stuff you make and do, but especially thank you for letting us muddy shoed heathens in to muck about.:explode:

Dont know where to write it but now all with happiness seams to Work but the Power report don't work any more in the Hud it show me always i have no Energy.Workshop Mode it show all right and all Work but in the Hud all is Full only the Power line remain empty.

So even with the latest updates I'm still having major happiness problems. For example, I recently started an ROTC planned settlement at Warwick Homestead. It's at Lvl 1 currently. The settlement needs report has nearly everything met. The only shortage is jobs which is at 90%. Just waiting for the fool to build something. In any case the happiness report shows everything maxed. There is a temp adjustment of 3 and bonus/penalties of 7. Predicted Happiness is 100%. Yet actual happiness has been stuck at 40% since I started the settlement.

Another example is Sommerville Place (lvl 3) with a happiness at 75%. All needs are at 100%. The happiness report shows everything maxed, bonuses/penalties at 8, and a predicted happiness of 91%.

Greentop (lvl 3) has a happiness of 88%. Again, all needs are met. The happiness report says everything maxed, temporary adjustments -10 (not sure why), and a bonus of 15. Predicted happiness says 84% tomorrow. At least there's a negative adjustment to partially explain the decreasing happiness, but I can't figure out where it's coming from. No one ha died that I can tell (20/20 residents) and the settlement hasn't been attacked in 141 days according to the Settlement Management tape.

I have WSFW installed if that makes any difference. When I run the happiness report a notification says that its detected and is using that for the report.

@Hike20 At the top of the report, does it have the correct settlement name? This sounds like an issue that can occur if your Workshops array gets messed with (usually only happens if you uninstall a mod that had added a new settlement, or uninstalled Conquest). Though there are other things that can mess with it as well, for example, one of the old Quick Start mods used to mess it up.
