How to HQ, Lupe isnt able to be assigned

Good evening I am having issues with assigning Lupe to the logistics station, I have built a caravan station at the required location where you speak with stodge. Yet when I return and try to assigned Lupe to my logistics board I get this message any help will be apricated. 1640046513456.png
 
I'm having a similar issue. I was able to initially assign Lupe to logistics, but after completing the quest, she was unassigned and I cannot assign her back to Logistics because there are "0 jobs available."
 
I finally said #@$ it. I was getting a lot of CTDs in HQ. I'm going for a fresh start. Uninstalled all mods. Deleted all save files. Did a fresh install of FO4. Am now running an SS2-focused playthrough with a very small load order. crosses fingers

Jake and I just found the busted up comm hub in USAF Olivia. Game's running fairly smoothly thus far. "If I Had A Hammer" hiccuped a little, but after his stream last night where he finally encountered it too, it seems kinggath is going to be able to look further in to that issue.

I may be on your tail. This is ridiculous, even for a large mod. I LOVE this mod, but.....

That’s more or less where I’m at as well my save from 2.0.0 has a bunch of issues with the quests and stuff that although fixed in the hotfixes are stuck in my log. And my hq is a mess , most of my issues are stuff that has been fixed in the hotfixes so new game time over Christmas vacation may be in order.

Doing something similar. I cut down my load order a bit and restarted the playthrough. From what I could tell trolling the forums, I was probably experiencing some serious script lag/backlog, and the issues just kept compounding on each other. So, fingers crossed. So far the game is running super smoothly! I'm level 15ish, have a few settlements, just finished New Plots on the Block. Wish me luck!
 
I have the same problem, i can't even select lupe in the workshop mode, which works for most of the others. The same is true for MALA who is supposed to be part of the facilities department as far as i know. Even earlier i had to use console commands in order to have enough facilities energy to even fix one of the staff rooms. One of the Patches was supposed to fix this Problem but for me it didn't work.

The only real other mod I’m using is gun for hire the rest are weapons and a couple of armor mods and a few textures.
 
I'm at the point of starting over myself, going to do a bit of a trim of the Load Order too, although most of mine are just like QOL or extra weapons so I'm not sure what to cull. Could probably cut multiple of the gun mods out though now that I got "Combined Arms" working...
 
Yeah I’m using combined arms and it’s expansion plus the mod that replaces regular weapons with the combined arms stuff. Then a mod that adds combat armor to the Mm cause they are weak without it. I had tried the gunner armor redesign mod but ditched it for chapter 2 as I wanted to play it as intended.

the I use a bunch of whispers mods for qol like raze mh settlement the one that collects caps from cap bombs and a few others , plus some stuff from Elze that adds sounds and fix some animations. So it’s super basic I’m hoping starting on the latest hotfix think it’s G now will fix a lot of the small quest issues I had.

Out of curiosity, do you have older hardware on your rig? My graphics card, CPU, and motherboard are all getting up there in years and I’m wondering if that may be part of the issue? Like maybe older machines are having a harder time keeping up with the heavy script load?

Nah it’s all newer rtx3090 and an intel 9900k. Fallout4’s engine doesn’t take advantage of newer gear very well.
 
ok so new load order only really removed gun 4 hire and its patch and a few weapons mods and added a few plus a couple convivence mods mostly no quest auto start for the dlc. here's hoping this round goes better when i start it up tomorrow i mean 142 mods mostly fixes and crafting addons plus a few weapons plus ss2 and all its addons should hopefully run good or better.
